Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jennifer De La Rosa has always been drawn to the excitement of Hollywood, specifically embracing the music industry. Jen began her career in entertainment in September 1999 and at the turn of the millennium accepted a position as an
executive assistant in the Concerts Division of International Creative Management. Jen quickly moved
through the ranks and was promoted after just three years in the business with much support from her
peers. Jen worked primarily booking for A-list Adult Contemporary artists in the Jazz, Classic Rock, Folk, Hip-Hop and R&B genres. When she wasn't on the ICM clock she was on the indie music circuit in search of new artist's and making relationships with local
venues. Soon word of mouth escalated in a part time gig working for a popular independent record label.
Eager to expand her scope of knowledge she took a position working with the SVP of A & R at Warner/Elektra/Atlantic. During that time she learned the link between the recording artist and the record
label and how to conduct contractual negotiations, find songwriters and record producers for the act, and
schedule recording sessions.

She decided it was time to bring her experience full circle and work in artist management fulltime and has
worked with some of the most popular acts on the road today. Jen has secured bookings in top venues around
the country and internationally as well as major promotional campaigns in radio and online.

When she is not managing musicians, she enjoys exploring the music scene here in Hollywood, frequenting art gallery openings, networking with friends and traveling.
