Marlon is interested in working with all genres of music. He believes that all music speaks to the soul and unites us in a transcendental way. He has always wanted to be involved with music. Music has been one of his major loves his whole life. He loves it so much that he attended California State University, Los Angeles, where he earned a BA in Music in 2005. He also graduated from Musician's Institute in June 2004 where he completed the recording engineering program. After completing his internship hours at Swinghouse, he was hired as a Live Sound Engineer, which has given him the opportunity to work with bands including The Mars Volta, Audioslave, Bad Religion, Rancid, Danzig, Jet, Army of Anyone, Fuel, Rooney, Dashboard Confessional, The Eels, New Found Glory, The Like, Phantom Planet and Yellowcard. Marlon also works as an Engineer and Assistant Engineer in the recording studio where he has worked on projects for Jet, The Donnas, The Fray, Johnette Napolitano and Jack Douglas.
