Swing House has two Professionally Equipped Recording Studios where bands such as The Fray recorded tracks for How to Save A Life and their sophmore Album The Fray.
The Neve 8058 has already provided a home to Jack Douglas, Aaron Johnson and Warren Huart who have both mixed many projects there. Jonas Sees In Color for Glassnote, The Fray for Epic and many bands such as Jay Clifford, Tender Box, Augustana, The Slits and Mandi Perkins have all recorded and mixed in both the API and Neve equipped rooms. No project is either too big or too small for us, we can do anything from a vocal overdub or track a live band or chamber orchestra.
Control A The API Room
Control Room A contains a Vintage 20 Channel API along with a 12 Channel Cadac sidecar and multiple Neve and Calrec Mic Pres. The room is tie lined to our large Drum tracking room, two sound locks (useful for guitar and bass amps), an overdub room and a vocal booth. Full bands, brass sections, choirs and string sections have been recorded here.
Control B The Neve Room
Control Room B contains a beautifully restored Neve 8058. This perfectly tuned room is fantastic for mixing and overdubbing. The room is tie lined to a vocal booth and overdub room.
